We are very thankful that our insurance adjuster arranged for Pro-Care to do the required work regarding our mold and water claim of 1-29-05. It was a pleasure to personally meet Otto Marenholz and our telephone conversations with Kathy McCarthy were always congenial, informative, and productive. Pro-Care was definitely on our side, and we highly recommend them to anyone seeking a contractor where the job is done right from start to finish.

This could have been a far more stressful experience. However, we felt strongly that Otto kept us apprised of every facet of the job and we (so far) have not experienced a moment where we were taken aback or not kept up to date with the status of the project. Thank you.

The men did an excellent job. I was very much satisfied. They even vacuumed my stairs, which I was very surprised. Both men worked very hard.

Extremely please with your availability and customer service. Andrew was wonderful to work with and end result was excellent. After all the damage, etc. with the ice dam, etc. you put it all back together like it never happened!
